I have been taking small doses of this supplement through Nootropic stacks such as Alpha Brain and Med Choice however it wasn’t until I bought a totally separate capsule version that I was able to see the difference. After watching a channel on YouTube that is strictly about Nootropics I decided that I should try some of the ingredients individually to see what the differences were.
I bought Rhodiola Rosea through Amazon in 60 capsules and manufactured by a company called Bronson. This is a concentrated formula that is 250mg, but equivalent to 1000mg in root powder form. A serving is one capsule and I have taken it for two days.
The results so far… On the first day I noticed a feeling of ease and dare I say happiness. I was calmer than usual and I had a zen, take it moment by moment, sensation that came over me. I have been more productive than previous days and that is without changing any other supplements including Alpha Brain. The change was almost immediate.
The second day I took the dose first thing in the morning and felt a sense of calm throughout the day with a drive to perform task. I noticed that I had no desire to listen to podcast or music while doing simple jobs as I would usually do. Focus was on the task at hand and outside distractions were not considered. Does this supplement affect multitasking?
This is the beginning of taking a higher dose of Rhodiola Rosea and I’m looking forward to seeing the other benefits in the future.
